PLANO, Texas, Jan. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ViewPoint Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VPFG), the holding company for ViewPoint Bank, N.A., today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share. The cash dividend is payable on February 23, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2012.
The Company also today announced that it will be holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. The record date for the meeting has been fixed as March 26, 2012. More information about the Annual Meeting will be sent to Company shareholders in April 2012.
